No shows will be penalized the full $200 deposit.

The Deluxe Pool-side rooms are larger than average hotel room sizes. This gives you more room for your money, and a pool-side view for your enjoyment. Gavin’s Inn unique Cottage and NEW 2022 Two Bedroom Suites is perfect for a larger family stay. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and one common area with a microwave, fridge, and flat screen TV. It’s like a home away from home! | One Bedroom Poolside SUITES |
   
We have three One Bedroom poolside suite. Poolside Suite has French Doors that overlook the swimming pool, and onto a deck. It features a living room with sofa couch, kitchenette area, one bathroom, and a large bedroom with two double beds. We also have Suite 1 and 4 next door to poolside with a King bed and trundle bed in the bedroom featuring a living room in each with a sofa coach, kitchenette and one bathroom. All suites are a two night minimum stay and ideally three nights or longer. July-August WEEKEND Rates (per person for 2 nights/3 days) $429 per adult, $149 per child, $199 per teen July-August WEEKDAY Rates (per person for 1 night/2 days) $195 per adult, $149 per child, $199 per teen OFF-SEASON WEEKEND Rates (May-June, September-October) $329 per adult, $129 per child, 179 peer teen *Cottage and our New Two bedroom suites are based on 4 adult deluxe rates. General Information for our Rates
All July-August package rates are per person with (3) meals per day with (2) night minimum stays on weekends. During the off season, lunch is served on Saturdays. The cottage and Two bedroom suites requires minimum of 4 deluxe adult rates. One bedroom suites require two adult suite rates.
All room rates are based on double occupancy (single sharing adult rates. available upon request) and include your hotel accommodations, (2) meals per day, activities, and evening entertainment. All rates are PLUS 8% New York State sales tax and gratuities for our servers, housekeeping, and activity staff.
Gavin’s Irish Country Inn has (59) accommodations that include Brand new two bedroom suites in 2022, One bedroom poolside suites, cottage, family rooms, poolside deluxe hotel rooms and standard non-poolside hotel rooms.
All rates and package plans offer the same meal and entertainment plan, but rooms sizes vary.
In addition to our regular rate packages, we offer many special packages that include your room, meals, PLUS a Zoom Flume ticket, discounted stays for kids, a complimentary massage for moms, golfing, or day trips to Cooperstown, Hyde Park, Stockbridge. Check out our special events.
*All rooms are non-smoking and pets are not allowed on the premises. We charge $500 fee for anyone who smokes or brings a pet onsite.
Reservation Policy: To reserve a room, we require a $200 per room deposit via master, visa, or discover card. Reservations: Call 518-634-2582
Our New Cancellation Policy as of August 2022: We are no long offering “cash refunds.” If you need to cancel, we will offer you a “credit” towards another stay with a 21 stay advance notice. If you cancel within 21 days prior to your arrival date, it becomes a $200 cancellation fee and no cash refunds are issued. No shows will be penalized the full $200 deposit.
