Please note, for 2024, we will accept family reunions in July and August weekends, but we no longer offer “group discounts” on July & August due to the high demand and our area has trended towards a very large “weekend destination” and  we have a lot of availability now “midweeks.”

The best discounts or times for a family reunion are May, June, September and October during non-peak times, OR midweek nights (Sunday-Thursday) in July and August.

We have been successful in planning 2-3 family reunion weekends events per weekend at Gavin’s and feel we truly are Family Reunion & Group Specialists. Of late, we have also planned a lot of Wedding, Birthday, Class Reunions, Anniversary destination weekend events too.
