Can Gavin’s host my group? Yes — family reunions, friends’ getaways, birthdays, alumni, military and retiree groups, retreats and wedding weekends. Group rates start at $99 per adult per night midweek (2026), with three meals a day and kids staying free Sunday–Thursday.

2026 group rates
Package rates
2026 Group Midweek, June–October: starting at $99 per adult per night, and kids stay free Sunday through Thursday nights. Free upgrades for groups with 10+ rooms (midweek nights only). All packages include nightly accommodations and three meals a day, starting with dinner on arrival and breakfast on departure. Midweek nights — especially in June, September and October — are perfect for senior travel, association conferences and corporate retreats. Our best rates are Sunday through Thursday nights.

Best time to book your reunion
For the best availability and pricing, book during:
- May, June, September and October — non-peak weekends
- Sunday–Thursday midweek stays in July and August
- March, April & November — fully available for weekends or midweek (midweek requires 10+ overnight rooms). A super-affordable time to stay, with lots of one-on-one service.
Month by month
- May weekends
- Perfect for weddings, bachelorette or bachelor getaways, birthdays, graduations, golf and wine or brewery tours.
- June weekends
- The outdoor heated pool is open and non-peak rate packages are available. Midweek nights are always available for 10+ rooms; we may offer June midweek packages for 5+ rooms too.
- July & August
- Can your group come Sunday–Thursday? It’s a quieter time at the inn, with three home-cooked meals seven days a week, live Irish music and daily and evening activities all summer. Stay midweek at discounted rates — kids stay and eat free Sunday–Thursday, so bring your friends and neighbors. The last two midweeks of August slow down and suit retirees and senior travel; ask about our Saratoga Race Track motorcoach trips.
- September weekends
- Most weekends are open, with smaller groups booked so far.
- October weekends
- Early October weekends fill with a wedding, Guinness Fest (Columbus Day weekend) and our Pipers Weekend (Northeast Tionól). Fall Fest and Halloween weekends follow. Midweek nights in September and October are available for group travel — ideal for seniors, retirees, alumni, corporate retreats and association conferences.

Group questions
How many rooms do I need for group rates?
Midweek group packages generally need 10+ overnight rooms (we may offer June midweek packages for 5+ rooms). Weekend group packages are available March through November.
Can Gavin’s host more than one group at once?
Yes — we have hosted two or three family reunion weekends simultaneously, year after year, each with its own space and support.
What’s included in a group package?
Nightly accommodations and three meals a day, starting with dinner on arrival and ending with breakfast on departure, plus activities and live Irish music.
How far ahead should we book?
Most groups book 9–14 months out. Over 50 reunions are already booked for 2027, so call soon for your pick of rooms and dates.
