What’s included in the room rate?
Gavin’s rates are all-inclusive per person: your room plus three meals a day (dinner on arrival through breakfast on departure), live music and on-site activities. NYS 8% sales tax and gratuities are additional.
Do rooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom?
Yes. Every room has heat and air conditioning, a private bathroom, a fridge and microwave, a hairdryer and cable TV.
Can we book connecting rooms?
Yes — four Standard Country View rooms connect with adjoining doors, and the cottage and two-bedroom suites put a whole family under one roof.
Are pets allowed?
No. All rooms are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
