Reservation Deposit
Your reservation is guaranteed once your deposit is in.
When should I pay a deposit? After you have confirmed your dates with our team — or when the office has asked you to. The deposit holds your room and planned services exclusively for your group.
If you’ve already confirmed the availability of your requested dates or have been instructed by our team, please proceed by making your deposit below. Your reservation is not guaranteed until a deposit has been submitted.
Payments are processed securely by Square. Deposit amounts and terms are given by the reservation office when your dates are confirmed. Deposits are refundable less a $25 processing fee when you cancel 30 or more days before arrival; within 30 days, deposits can be applied to a future stay within 12 months. Group, wedding and holiday-weekend bookings may have their own terms — call 518-634-2582 option 1.
